Community Manager Recruitment – Causevest Network
Hello! We are currently preparing for a community push alongside some campaigns for the Causevest Network. As part of this effort, we are looking to select community managers. If you’re interested, please fill out the following form.

Please let us know which community you’d like to be a moderator for. We will select one manager per group and expand as our community grows.
- Facebook – Focuses on altruistic campaigns, political news, and blockchain enthusiasts, with limited references to coin sales. Primarily involves reposting content from other pages.
- Telegram – Our main communication channel, focusing on coin sales, activities, and related announcements.
- TikTok – Educational and entertaining videos.
- Forums – A central hub where most posts originate and link back to.
- Discord – A focus on our active altruistic community, including operators and users utilizing Causevest for good.
- Instagram – Memes, cause-based campaigns, and short interviews.
- YouTube – Longer promotional content, advertisements, and in-depth interviews.
- LinkedIn – Showcasing business objectives with a touch of politics.
- Twitter – Covers all aspects of our project, similar to Telegram, with a focus on reposting content.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support & Moderation – Ensuring a scam-free environment and removing suspicious actors.
- Community Management – Engaging with the community by answering queries and fostering discussions.
- Growth & Engagement – Encouraging user participation through discussions, polls, Causevest use cases, and event coordination to grow the group and drive general engagement.
- Content & Announcements – Assisting with posting updates, announcements, and project-related news. Creating community-specific guidelines. All posts will be approved through the central hub before being shared.
- Feedback & Reporting – Providing insights on community sentiment and suggestions for improvement.

Once content is approved, links to it will be posted here. This process is done the previous month and updated periodically by our team. If you want to post something, you need to submit it to the content approval sheet first. Once approved, it will be moved to this document.
Note: This does not include small games, FAQs, or fun activities. If in doubt, just ask in the Causevest team chat.
Becoming a Causevestor
Becoming a community manager involves a basic Causevest induction. We expect you to understand our project and be able to utilize our products (where applicable) so that you can guide and advise users effectively.
This includes but is not limited to:
- A basic understanding of our whitepaper.
- Participating in selecting and voting for causes via our extension, CLI, or GUI.
- Encouraging others to engage in the community once a month.
Remuneration
Fun fact: We have not raised funding yet! So, our budget is limited. We will compensate you with a mix of XCV (our local cryptocurrency) and fiat (BTC/ETH equivalent).
- The first two weeks will be paid in XCV.
- After that, payment will include both XCV and USD (or BTC/ETH equivalent).
- Your USD payment will gradually increase based on performance and the growth of our project.
- Compensation terms will be negotiated directly.
Bi-Weekly Meetings
We will hold bi-weekly meetings to brainstorm, share ideas, and track progress.
We are not looking for short-term campaign or community managers. We want individuals who truly believe in our project and are here for the long haul—not just the money.
