For October, I’m supporting Mental Health Awareness. This month reminds us that mental well-being is just as important as physical health — yet, too many people still suffer in silence due to stigma and lack of resources.
I chose this cause because I’ve seen firsthand how small acts of empathy and support can change lives. Through Causevest, I want to help fund organizations that provide counseling, crisis support, and awareness programs globally.
