We are excited to officially welcome the fourth cohort of the RIPE Internship Program !
This year, four outstanding interns have joined the program, and we look forward to supporting their growth, learning, and leadership journey over the coming months.
The RIPE Internship Program is designed to equip young people with the skills, confidence, networks, and practical experience needed to thrive in today’s professional world. Through mentorship, hands-on learning, and professional development opportunities, participants gain valuable exposure to leadership, communication, project management, and career readiness.
A key component of the program is community impact. At the end of the internship, each participant will design and implement a pet project within their community, applying the knowledge and skills acquired through the program to address real local challenges and create meaningful change.
As we continue to invest in the next generation of leaders and changemakers, we invite partners, mentors, and supporters to join us in strengthening the RIPE Internship Program.
