Hello everyone — I’m excited to share that this October I’m dedicating my support to mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
I chose this cause because I’ve seen too many friends and acquaintances struggle silently, and I believe even small gestures of support or being willing to listen can make a huge difference.
Throughout the month I plan to:

share resources and helpline numbers in our community,

post stories of resilience (with consent),

encourage open conversations about emotions and struggles,

and perhaps coordinate a small virtual meet-up or check-in session.
I hope by highlighting mental health we can reduce the stigma, remind each other that we’re not alone, and build a more caring, empathetic space here.
