This week, I was proud to represent Causevest at the 1 Billion Followers Summit event in Dubai.
We attended as part of MrBeast’s 1 Billion Acts of Kindness campaign, where Causevest helped fund a group of kindness influencers to take part in spreading positive impact.

After spending so long bootstrapping and focusing heavily on development, we are only just beginning to properly build our community. It was refreshing to step away from the dev work and actually get out there, meet real people, and see the impact side of what we are building.

The first person i spoke to on day 1 was Ryan @thenotorious.ceo who survived a life changing injury and is building his boxing and content creator story.
After that i got to practise my Sudanese and Lebanese speaking skills with Fadil @fadil-yousif the historian/poet, Elad @eiad_albaghadeh the very talented artist and Byamani the Media Consultant @byamanimousa
After the main stage event, I got to meet Khalifa Almuhairi and Ahmad, who were absolutely oozing with drip, meaning top tier fashion and style. They were kind enough to take the time to chat with me and even promised to help educate me on the ways of drip in Abu Dhabi, which I have still yet to visit.

Finally i met up with the very cool Mo @3bood_mo7mdan an up and coming content creator from Kuwait
Then i went home to deal with some developers who where struggling to remove a lockfile properly.

So i was walking around and bumped into the Amazing Angel who is a podcaster and DJ in Dubai doing emo nights (eww) but also metal nights ( Yayyy) https://www.instagram.com/aboufool/#
I also made the mistake of bluffing my way into a podcast with Marwan xD after he told me he did podcasts and i boastfully said cool let me do one. I met with Ahmad Khalil and his sister who are working on a L2 project ill keep an eye on.
