My October Cause: Mental Health Awareness 
For October, I’m supporting mental health awareness, a cause that deeply resonates with me. Too many people struggle in silence, especially in fast-paced environments where emotional well-being is often overlooked. I believe awareness, empathy and open conversation can save lives and inspire healing.
